Spike Mendelsohn: Top Chef All-Stars, Top Chef Season Four
His Good Stuff Eatery (202-543-8222) and We the Pizza (202-544-4008) on Capitol Hill can count President Obama as a guest. As previously mentioned, a spin-off of Good Stuff should open in Crystal City early next year.

Classically trained, Peterson adds cutting-edge surprised to New American CityZen’s sweet endings (202-787-6006).

Bryan Voltaggio: Top Chef Season Six Finalist
