Starwood’s performance improves…

Revenue per available room, an industry measure of occupancy and rate, climbed 11.6 percent in the third quarter for hotels open at least a year. It rose 8.8 percent in North America.


RevPar will increase 7 percent to 9 percent worldwide before currency adjustments for the full year,


System-wide RevPAR for same-store hotels increased 11.6% year over year all over the world. International system-wide REVPAR for same-store hotels increased 15.2% .


Worldwide RevPAR for Starwood branded same-store owned hotels increased 16.2% from the prior-year period. RevPAR for Starwood branded same-store owned hotels in North America grew 8.1%. Internationally, Starwood branded same-store owned hotel RevPAR increased 25.4%
